Diego was very helpful and professional. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. Including the trip charge I paid $350 for a $20 part (capacitor). Great service just wish they would be a little more flexible with their pricing.
Prompt and professional service for our semi-annual maintenance service. Excellent follow-up and attention to detail. Service tech, Brandon, was courteous, friendly and kept us informed through the entire process. Also had service tech, Davod, do a thorough duct cleaning. He was excellent! Great attention to detail and meticulous about making sure all surfaces were as clean as when he started. Very pleased with his work and this service. Duct cleaning gives us peace of mind that our system is as clean and dust free as possible. Smooth and efficient process, start to finish, great customer service.
