I can't say enough great things about Sign It Drive It and Mason for their outstanding service! My Chevrolet Equinox was having some serious issues, the driver's seat was stuck in the recline position, the reverse camera was completely faulty, and the brake system needed to be flushed. I was really stressed about the repairs and potential costs, but Mason explained everything clearly and transparently from the very first conversation. He walked me through each issue, the recommended fixes, and the expected timeline, so I always felt informed and at ease.

Mason Dembes such an asset to Sign It and Drive It ...I had just a simple Oil change on my Volvo...I had a few questions about further repairs in the future and asked Mason as well about you all dealing with 3rd party insurance coverage ( Car Shield) ...Such a Knowledgeable employee...As I was in the waiting area I over heard Mason on the phone dealing with customers - mechanics coming in and out of the office area as Mason multi task his around it all ?...Mason was very professional and again very knowledgeable on all Levels...
