Dr Wallace and her staff are incredibly kind and try their hardest to work with your financial situation, especially when you are trying to help stray animals. I have a stray kitten that was dumped on my property with a bad respiratory infection. Ever since October 2022, they have been working with me trying to get him better so he can be adopted out, but it looks like he will forever be a special needs kitty. Dr. Wallace and her staff have been so kind and caring. Love all of them. Very responsive when I call. Dr. Wallace brought Snoopy out to me and just stood there and talked to me for a few minutes and gave me lots of great information. Snoopy is scheduled for his neuter next week. I know he will have great care. Thank you Dr. Wallace and all your excellent staff!

Dr. Wallace always takes the time to explain what needs to be done if any treatment is needed beyond a normal check up. The staff is always cheerful when they answer the phone and they are so great with my dog. I'll always bring my animals to be treated at her clinic.
