We’ve had an issue with our roof leaking in our garage in the same spot since we moved in 9 years ago. It’s been addressed two other times along with a new roof with no resolve. Elliott came out, went up into the attic,he said there is a dip in the roof where the water is accumulating which is causing the leak during the severe weather and he sent out a crew to fix it in a few days. I’ll have to wait for a few severe storms to give a total thumbs up but for now I haven’t had any leaks, and I was very impressed with the way Elliot checked out all possible causes since it’s been an on going issue for me. I’d highly recommend

Found a section on my front porch on the in-law house that had to be replaced due to the flashing not done correctly to begin with (they did not put my original roof on). Once notified they were out within a few days to replace and correct the problem. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Will continue to use Red Ladder Roofing.
