Explained the process patiently and without attitude. Answerd my questions and made the process quick and easy. Wanting a better situation is challenging. This was a positive experience. Samantha was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed right away. I was having trouble downloading the app on my phone, and instead of just pointing me in the right direction, she patiently walked me through the entire process using the website and helped me get everything set up properly.
