Oak Point HVAC went out of their way to ensure we got the best possible price on a brand new AC unit after our replacement parts for a discontinued item were shipped damaged from the manufacturer. They spoke directly with Lennox and got us a significantly discounted price.
We have used this company for several years for repairs and preventive maintenance. Their Dispatch, ownership, installation and follow up teams are all top notch and take customers satisfaction seriously, always looking to find a solution that works best for you.
I cannot recommend Oak Point Heating & Air enough. Eric and Staci are truly phenomenal people, and the level of service and integrity they provide is almost impossible to find these days.
Our air conditioning went out on July 4th two years ago during the Texas heat. Eric came out immediately, gave us a very fair quote on a new 5-ton unit, and had it installed the very next day. Over the following two winters, we experienced ongoing issues with the system. Instead of making excuses or walking away, Eric completely stood behind his work.
