Iva was the definition of patience throughout our home-buying process. She never pushed, allowed things to unfold naturally, and was direct and efficient when it mattered. She is an excellent real estate professional but an even better person. Highly recommend!
We bought our new home and sold our previous home through Iva Walterscheid with Newland Real Estate and she did an AMAZING job!! Our previous home was sold and we closed on our new home in a very short time period. She did not waste any time! She was very quick responding to all texts, calls, and emails from us. She was extremely informative throughout the whole process, explained things very well, and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Iva was great! She answered all questions and made sure we knew 100% what was going on. Being 23 and buying our first house, we had no idea what we were doing, but Iva made sure she talked us through each step and we knew everything before moving forward. She made the process much easier and less stressful! She is the best real estate agent and we were lucky enough to work with her!
