The manager spoke with us first and informed us they were out of stock of the top two guitars they recommend but said we are welcome to look at what is available and one of his staff would be over to help. (This was Christmas Eve, and the store was very busy.) A young staffer came to help and was very honest with a list of considerations, several, and some important ones, we did not glean from internet research. We spent a long time in the isolated acoustic guitar room trying many, many models and ended up settling on a nice used guitar that came with a hard case. Hint: if looking at used equipment, ask if there are any accessories that come with the purchase. We didn't know about the case until the young staffer read the tag and brought the case out from back. Overall a positive and successful experience with something that could have easily been stressful and high pressure. The young staffer made our day.“
