My fascia massage yesterday was really very different than regular massage or deep tissue massage. It's just a completely different approach and concept. I would describe it more like pressure points, but not for the epicenter of spasms, more for filling the pulse and helping the pulse regulate in different areas of your body. The pressure comes from the weight of your body, primarily, not from lots of pushing and pressing. There is a little bit of pressing and stroking on the areas that need tension worked out, but it's not like a deep tissue massage.

I have plantar fasciitis, and Deleena has done wonders for my feet! The pain is gone, and I can finally walk without hurting. I also had severe tightening in my head, and she has worked on my head, shoulders, and neck and has relieved all of the tension. She is AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend her!
