At first I was hesitant about starting with the machine. Tim explained everything on how to set up your machine online, how to care for your machine, and readings are shared between him and my doctor. He answered all my questions and eased my mind. Everyone I spoke to during this process was very friendly and professional. I'm glad I made the decision to move forward and got my CPAP machine.

Brandon was great. Trying to track down Healthline/Adapt Health and make it through their ridiculous phone tree and CSR hangups, not so great at all. Can I leave 5 stars for the tech and 1 for corporate communications?
