My back was really hurting after painting and so I decided it was time for help. I went to Marlena, she is amazing! She is very knowledgeable on "what to do", "how to prevent", and "after-care"....after decades of dancing, working in warehouses, and other physical activity...I guess it took it's toll and she could tell and she fixed it! My back felt so much better. I haven't felt this great in years!! She's a miracle worker!
