Huge shout-out to Dr. Angie and the amazing team at Guardian pet Hospital! Taking two high-energy black labs to the vet can be a handful, but the staff was so kind and helpful. It’s rare to find a place that is this upfront with costs while providing such fantastic care. My boys/girls are officially cleared for more adventures! 🐾🖤

I cannot say enough good things about this anima hospital! Dr. Paben and her staff took care of two very sick cats and lifted a world of stress and worry of both their and my shoulders! Everyone is extremely kind and compassionate and made sure we were set up for healing success. All very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and share whatever resources possible to help. I cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough!

Came in on a Tuesday to book my pets appointment for an ear infection and bowl issues , they quoted me $150 . Then I come into the appointment and they said it was 179.00 I thought that might have been the med charge. Then when it came out to $280 dollars.
I asked how it got up to that and they said it was because of the medication. I told them that she quoted me 179 just 10 minutes ago. They said that was before the medication. And then I said the day before they quoted me 150. The girl at the Front desk said it was because I didn’t mention the earache. Which I’m almost certain I did because it was one of the biggest reasons I was there. Not only that if I only mentioned the fecal matter issue, Why wasn’t I given the sample collector? They gave it to me at the appointment today. I wasn’t even made aware to collect the sample the day I made the appointment. I ended up paying the 179 just to get out of there. But I do think it’s messed up how they raise their rates three different times. And my pet still didn’t get anything that they needed. I will not be coming back.

Guardian Pet Hospital did us a huge favor by getting our very sick pet in for a urgently needed surgery. He was got released from the Animal Emergency Hospital and needed a surgery ASAP. The clinic was accommodating, thorough and very nice. Our cat is doing very well and we are so thankful for Guardian Pet's assistance in getting him taken care of!

Very considerate, adaptable, and thorough people here. Answered all my questions, assisted with what I needed, and were prepared to make adjustments if needed due to my complicated work schedule. Everything they said made me believe they were very passionate about animal care and wellbeing as well. Highly recommend.

Pros: caring staff, competitive pricing
Cons: exiting the location is dangerous, can’t see traffic on the left side due to retaining wall. Small waiting that seats only 3. Communication is usually solid but I had a poor final experience

On July 3, 2025 I took my dog to be treated because he was scratching a lot and for me he could have some skin allergy which he was and the medication that they gave him at this clinic worked and thank you for that but my dog does not go to dog parks and is always alone because I made the mistake of not getting him used to it since he was a puppy and now he is very aggressive with other dogs so having clarified this when my dog returned home that day which was at the clinic from more or less 10 am until around 5 pm I realized that he had fleas and after a few days he began to have nausea and something similar to a cough and every day he got worse I took him to another clinic and his diagnosis was tracheobronchitis (look up what it is and how it is transmitted and everything will make sense) TO THE CLINIC STAFF be more careful with the sick pets that arrive there and above all DISINFECT each area as supposed to avoid harming the clients these bad times.
