Yesterday Eric came to our home to service our ac unit. Our ac had quit the night before! He was very efficient, helpful, knowledgable..but mostly friendly. He explained everything and gave us options on fixes/repairs. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided us.
We are very happy with our experience with Cogburn's! We came home one day and realized that our air conditioner was not working as well as it should. I went online and easily scheduled an appointment for inspection for the next day. Ricky came over, right on time, and was able to diagnose that we had a leak in our coils. He worked with the main office to give me a breakdown of all of our options to move forward, which were all reasonably priced, and worked with my home warranty provider to give us the full array of options for replacement. The technician (Ricky) was very professional and arrived on time. When coming into my home he also removed his shoes which I greatly appreciated. I have used cogburns now for over 3 years and I'm very pleased with their service and their professionalism.
