I’ve been to the dealership several times for small warranty related items for my car. My service advisor, Jordan, has been extremely helpful and very communicative. There were some issues getting some parts and some issues getting things approved through jeep but Jordan kept on top of it and was always sure of the progress. I didn’t have to call him one time. He always called me first. I really appreciate the time and attention he gave my different issues. I will come back to see Jordan at my next service visit!!!
