Sophie was very helpful. She was super sweet and caring. She helped me fill out my patient sheet because I did not have my readers with me. She also explained my benefits to me . The Doctos there are the best! Only issue with the store was that the manager there was telling the employees how much they were behind on sales outloud. He was pushing for sales infront of the customers. Looks like the employees were doing a good job he was just pushing for sales a bit much . Made me feel like he was trying to squeeze as much money from us as possible. He's too much of a sales person .He also denied a veterans discount from a veteran that was showing him proof . I was just walking around waiting to be called for an eye exam and over heard all this. He said only active duty get discounts and I know that isn't true. Where's Christina?; She was wonderful and made things right no matter what. I think this guy is new and needs to be trained better. I willl not be coming to this store again if my husband is going to be denied for a veterans discount. They have great employees and they care about their customers except this new manager. I would give 5 stars if the manager didnt act so pushy with sales. What a bummer. 😕

I brought my daughter in for new glasses. She was first seen by Emmy, who was absolutely amazing with her. She was so kind and informative. I appreciated her professionalism and demeanor so much that I scheduled my own eyeglass appointment and I will be scheduling my mother an appointment as well.
My appointment was great. I picked two pair of eyeglasses that I absolutely love.
