Luxor Nails & Spa offers exceptional experiences, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who take the time to understand customers' needs. The skilled nail technicians deliver outstanding results, from gel manicures to nail art. One technician, Irene, is BY FAR the BEST, with customers getting their nails and feet done for 10+ years and not going anywhere else since finding her. Luxor Nails & Spa is super clean & friendly. They were welcomed to go on in even before they opened for Mother's Day weekend and got to customers right away. Even as they got busy, they were adequately staffed and no one felt rushed through their pedicure. The service, atmosphere, and music were enjoyed by all. One customer's nails and toes DID, and another had an amazing job done on eyebrows and lip. It was a great experience and reminded customers they are women.
I have going to Luxor for about two years. The only time I've had to wait was on a busy day and time, 15 to 20 minutes the most without sn appointment. No wait with appointment. My nails are always perfect. The staff is always friendly and professional.
I had a pedicure from Vi and she was very attentive and professional. I will definitely return. My mom was attended by Katie for a pedicure also and she did a wonderful job as well. There was NO constant chatting in their language amongst themselves, pushing of products or making up prices.. it was professional and a great service!
I was at a different nail salon, very close to Luxor, ssme side of the highway, just west by a couple buildings, on Sunday. They did not have enough help but when DIL were both getting pedis and full set of nails they started work, on our toes. They indicated hands and toes would be done by 2 employees each. We waited, they finally got to her, shortly after Catherine glued tips on my finger and walked off. DIL finished, they took me. They were rushed, did a scrappy job, wasted 4 hours and $200. I went back today, Tuesday, to get my nails redone. Again, they had no tie for customers. I got up, walked out and drove thd 2 minutes to Luxor. They waited on me promptly, listened...read full review
