I will leave my first review below, but will say that All Pros did come out about 2 weeks later and have made effort to keep the sloping ground from draining into the pool with a rock border. Sand was delivered to hopefully even the sod and eliminate the large holes. A lack of communication and documentation I think was the reason for the issue for so long.

Had the final product been inspected and addressed initially, much of this would have been avoided. That said, the business has tried to make it right and as a customer I appreciate it.

All Pro has performed our maintenance year round for several years, and any time we have an issue, they respond quickly and get it taken care of right away. We appreciate their excellent service, professionalism, and communication. They have also upgraded our equipment as needed and given us wise advice about our pool.
