I will leave my first review below, but will say that All Pros did come out about 2 weeks later and have made effort to keep the sloping ground from draining into the pool with a rock border. Sand was delivered to hopefully even the sod and eliminate the large holes. A lack of communication and documentation I think was the reason for the issue for so long.

Had the final product been inspected and addressed initially, much of this would have been avoided. That said, the business has tried to make it right and as a customer I appreciate it.

Initial Review:
I do not recommend. Pool design and set up was fine but any issues you find or have with maintenance or repairs will be a run around. You will be told that the issue was never brought up before despite calling Opie, the office, and sending via email. Multiple times our pool has flooded with dirt and mulch due to incorrect drainage and slopping. This was addressed several times only to continue. The sod laid after pool was finished was never leveled and now I walk into ankle deep holes where the sod has not been leveled and sunk. Pool service has been issue as well. Service guy left valve to pool closed after cleaning and could have caused damage if we had not discovered. I will leave out personal matters as far as with office and communication but will say it is the least professional office and communication I have dealt with. They in fact cancelled my pool service 3 days after I called again expressing that the sod needed to be addressed as well as the pool flooding. When call to address all I got was yelling and argumentative attitude from Jessica. If that is how a business choses to address known issues that should tell you how far to stay away from them. I will also state that the negative reviews you read is the same feeling and issues I have experienced. It really is bad business practice to sell your customer a product only to then not fully complete job and if any issues arise, try and push all blame on the customer for not bringing to attention. That said, brining to their attention only infuriates the office personnel and gets you no where if they don't believe anything is warranted.“
