Front lady told me I had to check in with the computer. Computer couldn't read my id so I had to do it a different way. After that I had to show my Id again to the front lady. They must have been real busy cause the other 2 people didn't have to use the computer. Doctor didn't know what's wrong she said it's either this or that but take this and go see a specialist. Now I have to download an app just to get my referral. They said that's the only way to get it. Another computer I have to deal with. Lazy and untrained

The only reason I come to this office and have a hard time leaving this office is Dr. Blia! She’s just amazing! I just wish she were somewhere else. What kind of office constantly leaves “The View” on their lobby TV even after patients request that the disgusting crap be turned off?! Oh right , one that doesn’t care about their patients. I’m forced to listen to women cackle, lie, and talk terribly about elected officials while stirring up division and hate. Then I’m expected to have my blood pressure taken? I’ve been a patient for about 10 years and always have an excellent experience with Dr. Andrew Metz! The care he provides and his attention to detail are exceptional, and I always feel supported and heard.
