“This place is great for busy people like myself and my husband. The hours are convenient and the Naps and Drs are amazing. The phlebotomists there though are so rude: they don’t speak to you, scribble your name on the urine cups and then move your things without telling you and then snatch clipboards from you when you pick up the wrong one by accident. Learn some bedside manners please.“
