Penny does such a phenomenal job! I have long hair with highlights, and whether I’m fresh from a highlight and cut or right before an appointment, it always looks great. I’ve been going to Penny for years and do not trust anyone else.

I've been going to Penny for roughly the last 5 years and she's always worked magic. She has great hands and my hair always grows back fast and just as thick. Plus when she does my color it's so vibrant and fresh. I love it.Services: Blowouts
