The actual dry cleaning of my husband's suit went fine. The reason I am giving 2 stars is how poorly the customer service was. Not once, but the two times I entered the building (drop off and pick up), I was greeted by a young lady with brown hair behind the counter with a blank stare and a flat tone said "I'll be with you in a minute" and proceeded to keep folding clothes with a fellow coworker. It was awkward to say the least just standing there. It wasn't until an older lady came from the back (very nice lady) to help me. Do NOT take your dry cleaning to this establishment! I've only used this cleaner on one occasion and it will be my last. Every single pair of pants I entrusted them with came back to me with, not one, but, two creases along the pant legs, effectively ruining them. The buttons on a couple of shirts were crushed and some even required that I press the collar (again) before I could wear them.

I have used this Dry Cleaners over the years and always have had a good experience until this last year after they changed owners. I have had clothes come back smelling like Dry Cleaning Fluid and then recently had a brand new shirt damaged from a tag they placed on the garment. They did repair it and I was told I would receive a credit so I took in some additional cleaning and guess what no Credit. Can not trust a person that does business in this way.
