Stacy communicates with me on a consistent basis. This is great because I'm not good at keeping up with the schedule. I also like that if I need him to return during my services times he's right there making it happen.
First, I love that I have lived in my house for going on 4 years and only 2 times have I ever seen a bug inside (carpenter ants and 1 scorpion) I called them and they were out the next day. They do an amazing job. I love our “bug guy” Stacy. He goes above and beyond. He even killed 2 copperheads in my yard for me!!! Always professional. I’m so happy we have Arrow!!!
Love having the same tech treat our home and business. It is easy to communicate with them to coordinate treatment schedules. We also love being on the quarterly plan. They will come back out if we have extra bug activity.
