Our technician is Hutson, and he is so focused on building a relationship with us… more than just a touch and go but he explains everything he sees and how to treat the problem(s). We live in a very rural area (IE - in the country) and being so removed we have special challenges with TX scorpions and TX giant centipedes, and we no longer have those kind of pests around.
