Just discovered that ZAGG had a storefront at the Dallas Galleria. I needed a new case and Armando found the correct model within about five seconds (probably less!). He found that I was eligible for a $10 replacement fee, and could be automatically registered on their website. I needed help installing the case because of arthritis. Armando handled that for me, as well! I’ve been a customer since they were simply “Invisible Shield.”
Update: I needed help with a cracked screen protector, and called ahead. Henry helped me this time, checked for availability and installed my screen protector, all for the $10 replacement fee! Yay! Thank you.
