Sorry i didnt actually get his name but the text said he was Armando so if that name was correct- then Armando did totally great!! He had a very friendly approachable manner & he was very helpful on my several questions. Also he did a perfect job on my lens cover as well. Basically he displayed a totally great attitude -so i needed to make sure Zagg knows it!!???
Went in to warranty my screen protector for a pixel 8 pro. It was in stock, the tech was a wizard who slapped it on perfectly in about a minute. In and out of store in well under 10 minutes. $10 in store replacement fee definitely preferred over online warranty process with $10 shipping fee, 7 business day wait, and then self install.
I originally went to Best buy to get my zagg screen protector replaced but they did not have my screen protector in stock.
The Android representative informed me about the zagg store an I thought to myself it's not that far so I'll go and check it out.
After thanking the Android representative I called first to be galleria Mall which my phone call was answered very quickly and the representative Jessica answered every question pleasantly and was even able to give even better detail.
