Honestly did not want to even give a star. Got my hair done for my birthday and apparently the hair that was used to braid my hair was not washed. I had a very bad allergic reaction day 3 of the braids being installed. I had hives all along my hair line. I paid 260 dollars for my hair to be done also paid her a week in advance. When I called the hairdresser to let her know what had taken place she asked if I wanted to make an appointment to get them taken down. I had to go to the emergency room. I had the worst allergic reaction I've ever had in my life. I also suffer with elements in my body from Lupus which is an immune disorder. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. I am STILL dealing with the pain from the allergic reaction and there are patches of my hair that fell out. God ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS PREVAILS!

Really like a 3.5 Pros: the braids are neat, cost was very good for the work received, the ladies had light hands they literally gripped my scalp and their attitudes were pretty good?
Cons: didn’t really pay attention to details of how i wanted my braids done, was faster with one braider (seemed like), one side is shorter than the other because one stylist made pieces too short, and they talk about you in their language (maybe wasn’t bad things but in my professional opinion thats not cool).
Overall id give them another try to execute something

The workers give projected finish times that do not match their speed & capability at all. There’s no reason that I sat 9 hours for some box braids whether they were small or not. That is ridiculous & of course no accommodation was made for the inconvenience. I was also promised 2 people on my head at once and did not receive that.

Got my hair braided last week not only was they rude they took all day just for my sengelese twist to look like I’ve had it up a month will not recommend coming here !!!!!!!

The lady who answers the phone is rude she has a bad attitude. I went in to get medium box braids we had conversations over the phone she told me the box braids for medium was price as $180, when I get to the shop the lady looks at me with a attitude because I was lost didn’t know which braiding shop she was in and she just has a stank attitude for no reason then when we asked her ho much she goes and say oh it’s $200 for you for medium box braids . The lady is so unprofessional and I would never go again to get my hair done 0/10 is my rating . And she also thought I was going to pay her $200 while she was still braiding and wasn’t even half way done and I wasn’t paying till finish like it’s supposed to be done she also had a attitude about that so if your thinking about this place I prefer you go to the nices ladies at the front when you first walk in !!

My braids were braided too tight, my hair follicles were pulled from the roots. I nicely asked before they began and throughout the process not to braid too tight. The knots on my braids are different sizes due to different braiders. I mentioned this to them once I noticed. I will try another shop next time.

This place is the absolute worst all they do is lie. Asked for an appointment for my daughter and the lady said she was able to do it I had my husband bring our daughter once she arrived we waited about 3 hours before she decided to say she had to leave early to pick up her kid but she could do it tomorrow if I leave a 50 dollars deposit so I leave the deposit she also stated the 50 dollars would ensure she would be available and no one would be in her chair. So I leave the deposit bring her to the appointment the next day only to find someone else in her chair her excuse is that she got to work late ? I will never return to this place again!
