I showed up 5 minutes after they closed with no appointment and they still let me in. It was the owner and one other lady there. They did a great job and I love my Senegalese twists. They weren't to tight, my head didn't hurt, they were fast and my braids are so neat! They'll definitely be a top choice when I want braids.

The people here are very nice and polite. They made an appointment on a Sunday when the shop was closed which was very convenient for me. BUT the lady did a horrible job. It felt rushed! She made my Feeder braids crooked and had to take it all down and redo them. I still didn't like them but was tired of getting my hair pulled and re-braided. I will never come back. Great customer service, horrible "product"!

I came for two French braids. The two girls braiding seemed nice at first but they then as the one proceeded to braid she didn't braid it properly. It was dry she didn't put get until the end and when she did she put globs of it in the creases. Literally large amounts of brown gel that you could see on the edges of my forehead. It looked bad and wasn't done to last. I would recommend people NOT get braids don't here.
