Carmen was absolutely so AMAZING. she was kind and patient and took the time to make sure my waxing experience was perfect. She provided quality customer service and was very informative. I will definitely be back! It was clean and everyone was so kind!
This was my first time visiting the preston hollow location and Carmen was amazing! The process was nice and easy. She made sure I was ok multiple times and explain what she was going to do. Definitely will visit again. I recommend everyone to try this place at least once and ask for Carmen!!!
