It was a nice touch that the spa offers complimentary drinks while you’re there. Overall I was relaxed and was out within an hour. I did a soak off of acrylic overlay and get a new set of builder gel which was about $55 considering I was a new customer!“

“Rima saved my eyebrows! A threader at another location made them uneven (one was lower than the other). Two times, I spent months growing them out to try to fix it, but when I asked them to shape them evenly, they just followed the old ones (at another location). So, I spent a year growing them out... honestly I was ready to give up. But, I was going on vacation and wanted them to look great, so I carefully checked the reviews at all the nearby places to find someone who could finally help me correct them. I saw this review for Rima about her attention to detail and ability to shape messed up brows, and I knew I had to see her. I walked in, only had to wait while she finished with her current guest, and she had my brows even and corrected in no time at all. I was thrilled I found her! “Mahuish at the Ross location has been doing my eyebrows for a couple months and she’s super sweet. People tend to say threading hurts but she is super gentle where you don’t feel as much pain. Great person, been going here for about 2 years now“
