I just love visiting Forest Nails and Spa! and I must say, its always an extraordinary experience from start to finish! From the moment I walk through the door, I’m always greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that immediately puts me at ease.The salon itself is beautifully decorated, and clean creating a calm environment that would make anyone feel like they are stepping into an oasis. I won’t go anywhere else but here. Kailey is the owner and face of the salon. She is well spoken and truly understands the customer experience. She remembers your name and services every time. She greets you with a cheerful smile as you walk in the door. Lena, salon manager, is a master at GelX nail application that lasts me 3+ weeks with no chipping (I’m not easy on my nails!). Shout out to Julie, Helen, and Holly for out-of-this-world pedicures. You really can’t go wrong because Kailey ensures that all technicians deliver the same exceptional experience.
