Luvia’s customer service and attention to detail is unmatched!! She is sooo sweet and ensures you’re comfortable from the moment that you walk in. Her bubbly energy and personality also make the appointment go by so quickly and she works efficiently to reduce the pain and any discomfort. I never thought I would be cracking up and laughing during a Brazilian wax but somehow Luvia is able to make this happen due to her amazing sense of humor.
