I had a great experience as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and welcomed with kindness. It was my first time getting waxed so I was pretty nervous but Luvia made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions that I had. She took her time and I truly appreciated that. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing okay during the whole process which made me feel comfortable! Definitely had a great experience and will be coming back !
