Super experience. The team is stellar. I was in and out in about ... 30 minutes. Also, I wasn't expecting a lot in terms of their frames, but I quickly found a look that I love! I've been to far fancier and more expensive places for my eyeglasses. This experience was better.
A retiree from TRS using Superior Vision. I went to Warby Parker for my eye exam and choice of lenses & frames. The doctor there and doctor’s assistant were kind and helpful and informative. The WP glasses staff were very friendly and willing to give me help in my purchase. Glasses are expensive, but this place is reasonably priced and better choices than the large warehouse place I used in the past.
The personnel were so friendly and helpful. They helped me decide after I had narrowed down my choices. They were upfront that prism glasses had an additional charge. The process was so quick. I felt really good about the experience!
