The 5 star is for Matthew! His performance, being very informative and professional was waaay over the 5 star rating . Now when you call in for customer service , that Nicole wil give you a different taste in your mouth. She sounds exhausted cause she snappy, she might be overwhelmed due she is a bit aggressive with her words . Either way the customer has a right to ask questions for a clear and great understanding. My son is autistic and had his first accident and upon calling Walnut towing Nicole had a very serious attitude which did leave a good taste . Austin showed up earlier than expected and I actually had to walk back to the car to meet him. He was already halfway done when I got there. Spoke to him briefly and he had everything ready with minutes. He was towing my car to a dealership that was closed at the time so I was a little worried about where it would be left. When I arrived at the dealership the next morning I saw he left it parked perfectly on the street in the spot closest to the service entrance. Truly appreciate that level of professionalism at a time when so much was going on!
Call service from Johnny who picked up the phone was 10/10, my car just recently got totaled and I was not happy, but he just made the next steps easier for me over the phone, so easy I came hear to leave this review 👍
