The team at Victory Bark is fantastic! Our dog was treated so well here and the entire process was smooth. I called the office on a Tuesday, brought in our dog for a consultation on Friday afternoon and they were able to take him in for his procedure the following Monday morning. The pricing was fair and Jimmy explained everything thoroughly. Dr Ruth did a wonderful job and we would recommend this clinic for any pet owner!
Dr. Ruth is absolutely amazing. Personally called to give updates on my Sophie and Jimmy and the amazing lady who came outside to get Sophie were incredibly friendly and helpful. So thankful for all of the talented people.
The staff here went above and beyond as my brother and I went to visit his cat who had passed away last week while he was out of town. Although he was cold and had already passed, the staff did a wonderful job at preserving and prepping his body and placing him in a position that was comfortable for viewing and touching him before saying our final goodbyes. The attention to detail and their desire to create that space and moment for my brother to say goodbye meant THE WORLD to me.
