For the attic insulation inspection, Marco was awesome! Was very thorough in his explanations and overview. Showed me lots of photos and videos, and everything he said lined up exactly with what my home inspector had said (I just purchased my home last week). Marco was very clear with his explanations and didn’t try to upsell me on anything or sell me any BS, he answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand, and the rates I was quoted were extremely reasonable. Looking forward to scheduling the work ASAP and will update my review at that time!
Update: they came out and took care of my home this week. I opted to remove all existing (missing or in bad shape) attic insulation, disinfect, and fill with all new insulation. The guys came in and worked efficiently. The communication was great and I was kept updated the whole time. Marco showed me photos when the job was complete and explained everything that was done, and included the before & after photos in the invoice for me. I’m very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely recommend this company for work!

Marco was PHENOMENAL! He literally showed up & and after shaking my hand said “ show me the attic “ . within 8 mins heidentified what my issues were! He was clear, concise, & professional! I was expecting him to give me an astronomical quote, but not only is INSULATION 1st affordable, he offered a payment plan option if I didn’t want to do the entire amount. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

hired insulation first to remove and install insulation in my parents house. they were very professional. they explained what they were going to do and provided documentation like before and after photos. Marco was kind enough to help them with another issue of a dryer duct not being connected as it should of been. there was no upselling and price was reasonable for work. highly recommend Insulation First
