This is a shout out to all the nurses and techs that provided excellent care to me. Helping roll me around while I was there for my knee pain I appreciate you all and I also would like to thank Charles Medina for going above and beyond with just being compassionate and demonstrating empathy and just putting the patient needs first
i went there this morning, dont know why people give this place a bad rap ?? im here to say that every person i encountered was frendly, helpfull, and i felt like they were very professional. i felt like a person ,not a number ! .i came looking for help i couldn't get from my own doctor. i was in and out in less than 1 hr. so yall keep on doin what you do,,the right way !! . guess some people are hard to please.. if i ever need help again ,i will come here first ! thanks for letting me share.
First time coming to WISH Clinic. Doctor Heather was very kind and listened to my needs/concerns. The staff was also very polite and friendly. I had no issues. They do close at 5pm on Saturdays and have extensive wait times just like the ER though.
