I have been seeing Dr. Niroomand for at least 20 years. I want to write about him, as a person. Right when he enters the room he taps twice softly on the door, and that reflects on his bedside manner. He is so calm, always smiling, but extremely knowledgeable about different skin conditions. Some of the procedures i have had to have done were painful, They give me a rubber ball to squeeze if i need to react when it hurts. The thing about him is he KNOWS exactly what i am experiencing and talks to me softly " i know this part is painful" or " I am sorry that it's painful, but the worst part is almost over" So this all boils down to a fantastic bedside manner.. The staff was amazing! Very professional and COVID-19 aware! Amanda made me feel so comfortable during my exam and was super friendly. She explained everything she was doing and what to expect as she moves through each step. Loved it!
