I had micro-needling. It was good at first, then went bad after I paid in advance for sessions. I could not make appointments with Kelsey. She kept making excuses. I was even asked to buy my own numb cream. I eventually just gave up. It was my past experience with this place. Do NOT recommend!!!

She is fraud.Talk so sweetly n nicely,after get booked n get prepaid money she keep canceling the appointment and charge money from prepaid service.never return the money. Doing her business from Groupon.Be aware.

I would give 0 stars if I could. She is super unresponsive, never picks up calls. Cancelled our appointment and never called back to reschedule, every time I'd call, she declined it. Super unprofessional and terrible service. I would not recommend, there are much better options available for the same price.

I have BBB complaint against this business for not honoring appointments and not providing a refund for prepaid services. But, I just learned from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) that she is also operating with an expired license. It expired June 2020. Be warned.

By far one of the most unprofessional spa places in DFW.First, Hygiene hygiene hygiene ... they are disgusting and filthy. I wouldn’t use their towels on dogs.Second, the appointment process is nothing but unorganized. They cancelled on me many times (last minute)Third, their spa packages feels like a bait. You come for one thing and everything else is optional and must be paid for as “extra”Forth, they made me pay for a membership to get better prices then I found out that they offer the discounted process to everyoneAvoid avoid avoid ... unless you wanna feel disgusted and scammed

I had bought a Groupon for the Mint Chocolate Hot Stone Facial and Scrub for Two People - the lady named Kelsey operates by cell phone. She responded swiftly to my inquiry and when I told her what date she said she didn’t have any availability (Mother’s Day week) and asked to be placed on a cancelation list. No response. I texted her a week later no response. I let it slide and texted her again a week later and NO RESPONSE. She finally responded when I told her I will be calling my bank to dispute my charges and share my experience on all social media platforms. She swiftly responds back, gives me a reason why she hadn’t responded and being short staff.. I let it slide (life happens I get it) because of me being on board again she tells me she is going to throw in a facial but we can’t do a couple room cause we will have to go to the Frisco location... ok sure that’s fine. The day before the appointment (canceled family plans because we had been waiting for this forever) she texts me a long paragraph why she needs to cancel last minute and how sorry she is... ok great when can we make an appointment. Never responded. Sent a question mark the next do response. BAD BUSINESS. SCAM.

I didn't go in for an appt here. I bought a 3-session microneedling treatment on Groupon, & I emailed them to set up an appt. They replied back to me, telling me to cancel my Groupon & they'll "give me a way better deal for my money", which is incredibly odd. I looked at their website, & they have a mandatory purchase kit you have to buy after every session that's $100 (which'll be an additional $300 they'll receive), & I've seen other people review on other websites that they try to get your CC info so they can charge the "mandatory" kit since they didn't have my CC info since I bought with Groupon. Incredibly terrible customer service, I cancelled my Groupon & got a refund from the website.
