I am a color specialist and stylist. I was so nervous when I first decided to venture out and run my own business, but Amy was so kind and ensured me that I could do it! With her support I am going on 4 years in my own salon suite. It is always clean thanks to a very wonderful housekeeper and repairs are taken care of immediately. Rent is affordable and I can style my suite to my personality and aesthetic. We celebrate birthdays and holidays to make everyone feel like a community. My clients love the parking and convenient location and the privacy of a small suite. It’s a great place to work and I’m glad to be here!

They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. From day one, they’ve been welcoming, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Management treats all tenants like family and all the tenants here are incredibly nice.
