I’ve had such a positive experience as a tenant at Unique salon suites. The space itself is clean, professional, and customizable, but what truly sets it apart is the management. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. From day one, they’ve been welcoming, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Management treats all tenants like family and all the tenants here are incredibly nice.
If you’re a beauty professional looking for a well-run, uplifting environment to grow your brand, I highly recommend this place!

Hey I cannot say enough good things about this place. This young lady has done a lot to ensure that each and every person that rents for her were thoroughly satisfied. She was extremely fair. Took great care of her facility with pride!! She would do anything to make everyone comfortable and even went out of her way. What stands out the most, she compensated us during covid , which she didn't have to. Definitely a God sent ?

Unique Salon Suites is owned and run by Amy mostly remotely. But that does not stop her from showing that she cares about taking caring of problems when they arise. Unlike alot of places, she is available and responsive. There are 23 suites, so not too big or small. There are great professionals there that have been there for quite some time. Everyone minds their own business, so if you like working alone this is a great option. Although the space could definitely use some updating, it is clean and you have 24hr access.
