I get my haircut with Justin every two weeks and he’s awesome! 100% A few weeks ago I took my 4 year old daughter with me and the salon staff got together to a tackle her very tangled hair. They were all so kind, patient, and gentle as they worked on her hair. They played her favorite music and really made her day! Wonderful group of people and a great experience.

Fitsy did a great job helping us find products. She's been very helpful, help us find the products and show us the steps on what to put on for our skin type. Gave us info of different services of ULTA. She was super helpful. Thank you ❤

I had an excellent experience at the Ulta Beauty location on North Dallas Tollway and Alpha. This store truly understands customer service.
The team went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we needed. I wasn’t feeling well due to the heat outside, and a staff member immediately brought me a cold bottle of water. When that wasn’t helping , they went back and found me a Diet Sprite Zero instead—something you don’t see often these days.
