I came into store to smell some new senta that I have been looking to purchase. One was jimmy Choo I want Choo. Unfortunately, the tester bottles down to the end and smelt perfume had soured and smelt stale. I said something to the manager, and she insisted that it was a brand new bottle, but the bottle was almost gone and all dented up. I just decided to leave and go to the mall. I’ve been a diamond member for the last three years and plus I used to be a GM for Ulta. I know what I’m talking about.

Let me start by saying I’m currently transitioning my hair…. I went to Ulta to find products because the normal ones that worked on my hair were no longer working…. I got into the store and was met by Jacob. He was smiling and so helpful but I doubted him because he was white…. I know this sounds horrible but his hair is very different from mine and I wasn’t sure if I could trust it.LET ME TELL YOU WHAT! All of the products that he recommended work perfect and my hair feels absolutely fabulous. I guess the saying don’t judge a book by its cover is 100 percent true. I can not thank you enough Jacob and I’m sorry for doubting you. Will for sure be back to...read full review
