Staff blew me away at every turn. I received stellar service from Blythany, including recommendations for items I had no idea what to get. As well as items I did know what I wanted but she was able to offer even better products instead. I was blown away at every turn by her!!
2.5 stars. I booked an all over color from my lighter brown hair to dark brown, nearly black.
I will say, the customer service was lovely. The girl who did my hair was super sweet, passionate, and made me very comfortable during my service, which is why it makes this review difficult to write.
However, I noticed after leaving that the hair was VERY patchy and still a lot lighter on the bottom layers of my hair/towards the back. I booked an appointment to fix the issue exactly one week from the first service, but I had to reschedule to 2 days later due to scheduling conflicts and lack of appointment availability. I absolutely HATE coming to this location. I have been shopping with Ulta for years and I have never had an issue with being followed around and suspected of stealing so many times here than I have before. Shopping at the Dallas Parkway location near the Galleria mall has made me so uncomfortable every single time I come here. I feel like I cannot even shop in peace without the security guard breathing down my neck. The woman at the checkout was very nice despite the rest of my experience. Other than that I don’t care if you have a theft issue that is not my problem, but to profile me in the store every single time and I am paying customer is absolutely ridiculous....read full review
