If you don’t like the brutal truth how the doctor speaks it then yes please go somewhere else. He is an amazing doctors that’s truly cares. As for the staff I have never ever in 20 years have had an issue.

So just to let anyone know if you are getting a prescription or eyewear be careful. The Doctor is professional but his staff is very tricky. The understanding of the eyewear and prescription needs to be explained in detailed. My advice is to find a different company to assist in your eye preference. Your eyes or very important and if has been less than a year and your team did not take the necessary steps to make sure my eyes were correct plus I have not worn the glasses but 2 times maybe just to find out no return due to it's been more than 2 months. So i went and got some glasses there. Ladies in the front super nice people. So i get my exam im in and out less than 5 minutes.... Red flag. So i get my glasses a week later, ive worn glasses my whole life and my eyes just cant adjust to these. So i go back after a week to get a reexam. Doc says theres nothing wrong says its my diabetes. I say if that was the case how come i can see fine with my old pair? He has no answer. So i leave and now im stuck with a pair of glasses i cant see with.
