I want to be very clear this is a real time review on 8/25/2025. When we applied we got approved for move in date of 8/22/2025. We were told weeks later than we could not move in until 8/25/2025. It was extremely inconvenient but we adjusted. We received an email that we would get our access code at 3am on 8/25/2025. We are now at 7:45 am no access code, we have called twice to get access to the home that we already paid rent for. We have been told that they cant do anything at this time. We have movers on a time block and we still have no access to the home that we have already paid rent. This is horrible. Customer service has not been helpful, they haven't apologized... read full review

Initially, I encountered significant issues with Tricon regarding the utilities being put in my name. The situation was quite frustrating, and I felt like I was being bounced around. However, after I left a review, Megan Moniz from their Customer Service team reached out to me. She was incredibly helpful and took immediate action to resolve my concerns. Thanks to her efforts, all the unjust fees I had paid were refunded. While the initial experience was challenging, I truly appreciate the way Megan and the team handled the situation in the end. It restored my faith in their customer service.
