But after a few bad experiences elsewhere, we quickly realized how rare it is to find a place like this. They’ve always done a great job—clothes come back clean, no stains missed, and no damage. What really makes them stand out, though, is their 24/7 automated system. You can drop off any time, even late at night, and pickups are just as easy. They text you a pin code when your order is ready, so you’re not stuck trying to make it before closing hours.

I’m in town Christmas week, and needed 2 heirloom quilts cleaned to give as gifts. Top hat did a great job, took care with processing both quilts, returned them quickly (less than 7 hrs turnaround time), and charged a reasonable fee. What else could you ask for?

I recently brought a rug to get cleaned and was very pleased with the service! They did a great job on it and the price was very reasonable. I even received a discount due to the rug not being steamed yet when I picked it up. I would recommend 100%!
