Eric has been instrumental in my rehab process. In just a few sessions, I’ve seen significant improvement in my injury and overall mobility. He does a great job blending targeted therapy with enjoyable conversation, making sessions both productive and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Physical Therapist.

I started going to The Sports Pod after straining my hamstring, and it has honestly been one of the best decisions for my recovery. After playing college soccer, I definitely took for granted the treatment and recovery resources we had, so it was a struggle to find a place I truly believed could help me get back to where I wanted to be.

I’ve now been going for a few months, and they’ve helped me not only get back to playing soccer but also build strength in my hamstrings and other areas to prevent future injuries. The team really takes the time to listen, reassure you, and focus on your individual path back to playing confidently and staying healthy.
