Best massages, beautiful steam room. I just wish the staff was a little more professional. Hearing girls cuss and complain while you’re in there trying to get your monies worth and forget your own problems is not cute.

I had an outstanding experience with Cedric at The Joule Spa. From the moment we discussed my needs, he took the time to understand my concerns and recommend the services that would provide the greatest benefit. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately put me at ease.
During the treatment, Cedric focused on the areas that needed the most attention, especially the areas with significant tension and muscle tightness. He customized the experience rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, and I could tell he genuinely cared about achieving the best results for me.
I visited the spa a few days ago and had the absolute best experience. Everything was perfect. I had an incredible 80 minute massage with Ms. Saundra and there is not enough kind words in the world to articulate how amazing she was. She was exceptional and I can’t wait to come back soon.
