Best massages, beautiful steam room. I just wish the staff was a little more professional. Hearing girls cuss and complain while you’re in there trying to get your monies worth and forget your own problems is not cute.

I visited the spa a few days ago and had the absolute best experience. Everything was perfect. I had an incredible 80 minute massage with Ms. Saundra and there is not enough kind words in the world to articulate how amazing she was. She was exceptional and I can’t wait to come back soon.

This was the best experience at a spa I’ve ever had! The care and attention they give you is unmatched. The facilities felt clean and new. It also never felt crowded. I was the only person in the sauna the whole time and there were usually only 1 or 2 more people at the pool. I got the time signature 3 hour massage and it was absolutely amazing. I will say it is definitely a splurge on price, but I feel like it was worth it.

Well, ladies and gentleman , I had an absolutely fantastic day here. Reyna at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Emilie, my esthetician, was simply incredible. I had an amazing time, even though I only did a facial. I ended up feeling incredibly relaxed after using the sauna, steam room, and cold shower. The pool was also a great addition. I used Valmont products, and my skin looked absolutely beautiful at the end of the session. I highly recommend booking an appointment before you visit so you can fully enjoy all the facilities. And let me tell you, I absolutely love my champagne! 🍾

I went to the Joule Spa over Memorial Day Weekend to have a couples massage with my fiance. The massages were wonderful and a really good time. Shoutout to my massage therapist, Sandra. The only part that left me disappointed was in the original booking they say you can use their amenities like sauna, steam room, etc. for an hour before/after your service. We used the vitality pool before and were really looking forward to the steam room and sauna after. Our massages finished at 8:50 pm and I was surprised to find that the sauna had already been closed out and someone was cleaning the entire women's locker room rushing me on my way. No one ever told us that the spa closed at 9 and we wouldn't get time after our massages. It upset me because I left the massage so relaxed, and then felt rushed out of there not getting the full experience for how much money I spent.
The front desk should really make things like that clear to first time guests.
