Had a very good experience with Amanda today at the Shade Store. She spend a good bit of time walking me through recharging the battery for my remote blinds. It’s not really difficult unless you’re me and technically impaired. She was very patient and it’s now working fine. Many thanks!

Purchasing an additional home in Texas, Amanda at Shade Store couldn't of made it easier being out of state. Repeat customer, owning a home in CA as well, Amanda scheduled a measuring date, proceeded with quote and held blinds in warehouse untill install. Shout out to Bill who installed, super professional, friendly and efficient! Bravo and well done Amanda and Bill Shade Store Dallas! Highly Recommend!
